Update as of Sept. 10, 2026: Construction staging has begun and work is expected to be completed during Oct. Some work has been delayed due to inclement weather.

Emerald Fields North is getting a new playground. The proposed design includes all new play equipment and surfacing for children ages 2-12. The new play area will include 3 slides, a climbing structure, musical instruments, spinners, 6 swings, and is inclusive for all ages and abilities.
